How billing works
When do I pay?
Monthly, per branch. Services you add mid-month are charged only for the days left.
What happens after the free demo?
The service switches off on its own unless you choose to keep it. If you keep it, it’s billed from that day.
Can I cancel?
Any time from your billing page. A service keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.
How do I pay invoices?
By bank transfer. Invoices arrive by email in Arabic and English, with tax shown.
