Does the guest need to install anything?
No. The pager opens in their phone’s browser from the QR code.
What if they close the page?
If you added their number, they still get WhatsApp or SMS when the order is ready.
Can I use it without Drive-Thru?
Yes. It works on its own for counters, food courts and dine-in, and also rings Drive-Thru guests when you have both.
